Ben Vaux, ACA, is a Director in our Corporate Tax team. He works across our Northern offices, based in Leeds. Ben has over 19 years’ experience as a tax professional, training at PwC before moving to Grant Thornton in 2018. He has worked with businesses across a wide range of sectors, covering privately owned, listed and private equity backed groups.
Ben enjoys getting to know his clients and their businesses, helping to proactively understand tax risk areas and opportunities. He is experienced in leading teams to deliver exceptional tax services across a wide range of corporation tax areas. Ben also has significant recent experience of supporting private equity backed groups through transactions, from looking at ‘exit readiness’ to supporting clients through diligence processes and subsequently with important post-transaction tax actions.
