ACA and CTA qualified tax partner with 19 years’ experience across banking, finance, and tax. Sarah leads the Tax Advisory Services at Sedulo, supporting clients across 5 offices in Private Clients, Corporate Tax, and Personal Tax.
Sarah works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals to structure and manage their tax affairs – helping them protect assets and achieve their goals, from start-up and growth through to succession and exit. Sarah’s experience spans complex areas such as EOTs, MBOs, EMIs and group restructures as well as M&A tax planning and due diligences.
Sarah also specialises in advising international private clients in Sports and Entertainment, with a growing portfolio of boxers, musicians, actors and other talent. Collaborating closely with trustees, bankers and lawyers, Sarah ensures her clients receive holistic, joined-up advice.
Additionally, she support clients navigating tax residency and relocation, particularly moves from the UK to the UAE.
