As a Corporate Tax Manager in Sedulo’s London office, Shreya specialises in tax governance, working with clients across a range of sectors including fintech, real estate and energy.
Shreya is ICAS qualified and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick. Before joining Sedulo, she gained experience at a Big 4 firm and a leading national accountancy practice, working on large corporate tax audits, complex group compliance and international tax and transaction services.
She has particular expertise in tax risk management and governance, including Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) and Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) compliance, helping clients strengthen their governance frameworks and manage tax risk with confidence.
